Can I decide which shop to take my vehicle to?

Yes. It is entirely YOUR choice as to where you have your vehicle repaired. Insurance companies may provide suggestions, but ultimately the decision is yours, and we hope that you will choose California Customs.

When do you open and close?

We’re Open 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Monday – Friday. Closed Saturday and Sunday.

How can I get an estimate?

Estimates are done by appointment only. Please call the office for the next available time.

Is there a fee / charge for an estimate?

No. Estimates are free.

What if the estimate amount is not sufficient?

Once your vehicle is in the shop for repairs, and additional damage is discovered, we will contact the insurance company for a “supplement” to the original estimate.

What type of warranty do you offer?

We provide a lifetime warranty for product failure and workmanship.

What does it mean to be a “Certified Repair Facility”?

Being a Certified Repair Facility means that the shop has completed the required training and has acquired the necessary equipment to provide a safe and quality repair.

Is California Customs a Certified Repair Facility?

Yes. California Customs is “Pro-First Certified” for Honda and Acura, and Assured Performance Certified for General Motors, Fiat/Chrysler and Hyundai. We are also I-Car Gold Class Certified to properly repair all makes and model vehicles.

When do I pay my deductible / co-pay?

Payment of your deductible is due upon completion of repairs; when you pick up your vehicle.
